Try widening your stance and when lifting think of bringing the hip forward instead of up. Also, i seams that your core and upper back aren’t tight enough.

Finished the workout with external rotations. All in all it was a good workout, I was pretty suprised with the 135 set.

I agree with Jonatan your upper back could be tighter on deadlifts.

I’m sooooooooooooooooooooooo sorry you have to train in that gym. I wanted to punch that kid who was throwing that ball around. You’re making fantastic progress despite it, though.

No comment on the actual lifting, except good job.

Thanks Mrodock, I definitly need to work on that. Now that im happy with the numbers im putting up, I will focus more on form, instead of what im lifting.

And Bignate and goochadamg, once I put the semi-loud music on it’s not as bad. The majority of the people in the video were actually my fellow shotputter’s, lol. I admnit there lazy as hell, im gonna have to yell at them. Thanks guys.

Focus on some heavy rowing and bracing your upperback when pulling.
Also, in the close stance, don’t sit back too much, you don’t want your torso going horisontal, and you have nothing to sit back into raw. So… keep the torso upright.

V-bar pulldowns: Worked up to 160x7

I was suppose to squat today, but something in my groin isnt right. Doesnt seem to be pulled, but it is VERY tight, even after a good amount of stretching. Ill re-try squatting tomorrow, but if I still feel this pain, ill have to hold off till next week.

No video either, noone to film me.

If you look at the picture, then you can see its a guy standing sideways, and the girl’s ass is suppose to be his shoulders and pecs.

Maybe adding a bigger pic. might help you see.

Didnt squat, warmed up and the same spot in my groin was still acheing. It wasn’t as bad as yesterday, which is good.

So today I did some core work, did alot of planks and some sit-ups. Well see about DLing on friday, might just let the groin rest fully so I can squat on tuesday.

Could do a week or two of closer stance squats. What helped me a lot was doing soft tissue work with a row of 4 tennis balls, watch your bag.

Mrodock: I was thinking close stance box squats? The pain seems to come when im deep in the hole, and im thinking they might take away that stress. Even though Wendler sais not to do them as a main lift, its only for one or two weeks. What do you think? And I will try and watch my bag, LOL
