Usually when I eat this little I don’t preform to well the next day. Normally ill eat every 2 hours, and get atleast, if not more food in me then I had in today’s 3 meals.
But I made sure I got in a decent amount of protein, so well have to see.

thats some solid db benching man, have you looked into squatless leg options? Ive been pulling it off lately, you may want to try alot of lunges and other single leg work, the problem could be in imbalances

On an unrelated note, it feels really weird being 18. Im not sure what to think of it, it feels like the last few years of my life have wizzed by. I just don’t want to end up a 30 year old man with 3 kids and a few outstanding warrants. But enough of my rambling, im gonna go eat some chicken.

Thanks man.
Pretty much any kind of leg work besides deadlifts makes it hurt. I haven’t had much time to read up on anything because ive honestly stopped caring. Im just gonna wait for it to heal and start from square one.

No training, sick as a dog. I think I had some chicken that was old late last night, and about an hour after I woke up this morning I started vomiting and had a littele diarrhea.

Up to 170 for a buncha reps.
Didn’t really focus on the weights I was using today, just focused on how hard everything was, and through a 10 or 5 on each set.
Solid workout overall. Might switch back to maxing bench with back on monday’s due to time constraint, but well have to see.

I usually eat the exact same things when I’m at school, and since I was back home for Thanksgiving pretty much everything changed. So I’m not really sure. At first I thought it was because I’d been dipping too hard but it’s lasted way too long for it to be that. It’s weird. And fucking annoying.
