Rack pulls for sure on DL help. and just working up to a bunch of singles. I do 5,5,5,3,1,1 and it helps some people do even more singles
Squats from pins are the shit, especially front squats from pins. Its actually harder because you dont have the twitch reflex helping you shoot the weight back up. But feels great.
And then any band work is helpful but i havnt ordered bands yet we just have one random one in my gym.

When I am on my single muscle plan per day(5 day a week program 8-12 week cycle) I do the rack pulls right after my 5-7 sets of DL’s
However im switching to my normal split which is another 12-16 week cycle of 2 muscles per day 6 day a week:bi/back/forearm, leg/shoulder/traps. chest/tricep/calves: and basically on the first back work out its heavier weight so i do reg DL and stuff and the second back work out of the week is more volume but i do rack pulls for my major lift to prevent having to do reg DL and rack pulls on the same day.
MY lock out is my biggest prob on DL so the rack pulls are helping.

Achilles, can u pm me your spit id like to see it, and thats weird my worst part on the deadlift is the beginning part my lockout is strong ive rack pulled 800 before a few times
worked legs today, friend took vids but theyre arent up yet ill tt him on the video is a 500lb squat, i tried to deadlift but the plates at that gym are angled and makes deadlifting too irritating to even attempt heh. That squat was easy but my elbow of all things hurt so i stopped…

done, my lower back is sore just walking around so it makes something like legs difficult, i ate around 5000 calories, i know total failure, but we all have bad days. i should of ordered 3lbs of wings i didnt even feel like a quarter full after 2lbs i think i got my old apetite back finally!

yeah my elbow was screwed today it hurt a little bit so i think im going to train upper body 3x in the next month and lower body 1x a week until i heal, it even hurt doing back, im still going to eat a lot though maybe, my teachers going to take a look at it today in class

good news, talked to my teacher who is a physiotherapist and after looking at my arm said that I should basically just not go heavy on anything this week and stretch and ice it. I should still go in and use it a little bit but thankfully i will be lifting heavy again very soon, NO MORE MAX OT FOR ME!
