Haha thanks i like posting everything, and yeah i find pressing exercises increase the most with weight gain, well upper body ones at least. With my meals though, I think the reason right now why im getting away with all the bad food is because my calories are right on overall and that im actually carying a lot of mass now, Im going to put up more pics when im 260, I can gain weight pretty easily though if im consistent.
Just came home from school, i was super rushed and didnt have time to blend anything good before i left so i had a 1300 cal shake with 2 cups cream and 2 scoops whey. Yes even for me this is a little too far haha
then came home and just ate a little caesars pizza so calories right now are at 4900 so plenty of time to get the rest in. I am finally not feeling full and i can eat things now no problem. I ate that pizza about 15 mins ago and i could eat again right now lol. Think my stomach is finally back to beast mode and no longer on abercrombe model mode, horray!

Im somewhat backloading my carbs for today, they make me feel so dopey if i have them in the day so im going to move them a bit closer to the PM for the most part for a day or 2 see if i like it.

Jagger youll hit 405 for sure if youre at 365 for reps on last set already. During summer towards end of my bulk at 252 I was hitting 365 for 3-5 reps at end and landed a 405 attempt no prob after a work session of 4-5 sets.
Do you board press at all? The easiest thing for me in getting past the 405 barrier and closer to its mids was a 3-board press. Being able to rep 405 on boards really makes the attempts at it raw seem like no big deal because you CNS is used to holding and puimping the weight already.
This next bulk ill be working with some banded presses being that ive heard its great help as well. Good luck bro and lets get to that 300lb asap !

yeah i did get the 405 a few weeks ago it was a battle though. The day I got it 390 went up like nothing then 405 was hell lol. I deffinitely will start doing board presses that makes a lot of sense to me I used to do them with close grip bench and they worked well. I deffinitely feel my form could use some work on bench I dont think Im getting the most out of it. Id like to test out bands aswell in the near future my speed is pretty shitty I think I might start doing speed work on my bench days.
Awesome pressing strength! Good work on hitting those calories… I can gain comfortably on about 4000-4300 p/day at the moment (198 morning~) and can imagine hitting so high would be damn tough. I could probably manage 5000 keeping clean with enough spoons of pb and EVOO usage… but can’t imagine eating that much more meat or carbs! Shakes & pizzas = easy calories though ! Sometimes needed for sure
Yeah bro I feel you honestly I didnt really believe the whole CNS nonsense people speak about with weights until I started hitting the 500 range for DL and 400 for bench. It really seems to be such a difference utilizing boards and rack pulls and having your body get used to just holding the weight. Makes the max attempts so much nicer. Same for squats as well. good shit going on here though keep it up.

so what things would you do for squats and deadlifts? Rack pulls and half squats on pins?
And would u use the same weight as your max for those?

Most of the foods I eat I do not view as dirty, the only dirty thing Ive eaten in the last while was cheesecake at that wedding and pop today everything else is fine. Pizza is actually very good because there is a good balance of fats protein and carbs and has a lot of fibre aswell. Most wouldnt aggree with me but my body metabolizes whatever i put into it very well i guess
I didnt end up having that shake so my calories were at 3300
so got baconator combo on the way home - lol total after that was 4940 then before bed had a litre of chocolate milk with a whey shake so total was 5900. if i didnt gain any weight this week im upping my cals to 7000 no joke

Rack pulls for sure on DL help. and just working up to a bunch of singles. I do 5,5,5,3,1,1 and it helps some people do even more singles
Squats from pins are the shit, especially front squats from pins. Its actually harder because you dont have the twitch reflex helping you shoot the weight back up. But feels great.
And then any band work is helpful but i havnt ordered bands yet we just have one random one in my gym.

yeah starting next week im adding them in, you think i should do the rack pulls etc after my major lifts? I can lift a lot but im just not used to the heavy weight enough and everything feels so heavy lol for lower body

yeah it takes a LOT for me to get really fat. I started out pretty fat but i ate tons and tons and didnt exercise just played guildwars and city of heroes all day lolol somehow though even as a fat slob i was still faster then most people in my school Im pretty athletic naturally i guess

I have to change my split again after doing shoulders and chest on the same day last night i had the absolute worst shoulder pain ever. I think even more recovery time would only benefit me more at this point so this is how im going to split up see if i like it.
Monday - bench press, board press, incline presses
Tuesday - Lat pulldowns, pullups, High rows, Rack pulls
Wednesday - High incline press, lateral raises, face pulls
Thursday- JM press, overhead extensions, pushdowns
Friday - Dumbbell curls, Incline curls, hammer curls
Saturday - Deadlifts, hack squats, leg extensions, leg curls
Sunday Off
yeah so today have not had time to eat agian except at taco bell 1100 calories worth or so so im at like 3200 calories right now, pretty pathetic im about to drink another 1000 calories or so then im going out later then ill have another shake ill get in that 6000 if it freakin kills me even if i puke everywhere even if i have to get 4000 in one meal whatever it takes
