1 random tbsp peanut butter
2 slices of pizza, 2 cups milk
4 scoops mass gainer
2 cups milk

i am getting REAL sick of all these calories lol
im in class right now, have an assignment i have to get done today but do noooot have the tolerance. im in here for 4.5 hour itl take one, ill muster up the drive once the dopiness of my mass shake wears off lol

my arm doesnt hurt even with the isometric contractions ive been doing from the physio so ill be good to go on monday. been looking at tons of logs tons of programs and i want something easy on my joints so im thinking of following a john meadows esq routine and see if i like it
hit 5000 at the end of the day maybe a little more but pretty much right on the mark
so far ive had 4tbsp peanut butter 4 cups milk 1 serving of mass gainer and 2 cups oj so thats 2112 so far. going to eat a lot for dinner though and later tonight. I did train today did deadlifts only, so awesome.

Yeah yesterday after that 2k cal i had 2 cups OJ then for dinner had half rack rib and quatre chicken combo and a strawberry shake at DQ then came home and didnt really have anything else, think my cals were over 4000 by the end of the night and i woke up today feeling a bit weaker then normal lool. I think its almost time for a moni cut. Im getting tired of gaining like this so well see how long the mini cut lasts, Usually its like a week and i do them all the time
