You’re diet is full of delicious win haha. Strong stuff too. What are you’re best lifts? I probably should know via the BOI but it’s kind of hard to keep up with errthang. :stuck_out_tongue:
haha believe it or not my diet has changed, i watched a few disturbing shows on what the pigs cows go through that get sold to comercial large chains and im not eating that stuff anymore. Same with the eggs so my diet now is basically all organic. Free range eggs, im picking up some grass fead beef and venison today and also changing white bread to ezekiel bread etc

My best lifts are
Bench: 405
Deadlift:585
Squat: 505
If you’re like me, then you’ll notice an immediate improvement, in how you feel, and your level of leanness, when following a Mountain Dog- inspired diet.

Also, eating organic isn’t all that more expensive. I’m a poor college student, and by using coupons and buying from places like farmer’s markets, I eat for under $80 a week…

Like all that addition. But i would need veggies i cant live without my broccoli and salads. Too bad next year in med school i will be on a budget and only get 300 for food a month

Yep they only budget you so much. I guess i could borrow more but i will come out of medical school 200-250 grand in debt without borrowing extra. I am lucky in that i dont spend money on going out and drinking and what not so that gives me some extra. But then i also have to have a gym membership and what not.

Great lifting aggar. Kicking some serious ass. I am the same height as you and shooting for the same weight. Gives me goals to watch this log.

Thanks man, and when your done school and makin the big bucks itl all be worth it for sure man

how much do you weight right now? For me I started looking somewhat filled out around 220 but not overly lean like 15% ish

I would like to get my pro card eventually as a natural bodybuilder so Im going to become quite a bit leaner and stay around there so I can honestly asses muscular gains coming in after that and not just weight gains. I think I could do well if my arms were 2 inches bigger, which will just take time and hard work

thats awesome, yeah I have to check out some of those markets I bought my meat on a farm yesterday, if I bought it in a store like i did the eggs it probably would of been 10 bucks a lb lol…

I think Im at the point now where naturally Im not going to make huge gains anymore so Im going to take everything a bit slower and enjoy the small progress over a few years

New diet looks awesome and training seems to be going very well. Nice 500 squat. Definitely will be following more.

Awesome man means a lot comin from you!

, Im changin the way I train a bit so that I can max out more often, basically Im adding in a lot more recovery and going a lot more intense. Going for more consistent progression rather then instant:)

Same here man, definitely a goal for the future.

Dude you are a freaking monster. Impressive physique and lifts. Keep kicking ass, I’ll be checking in here for motivation for sure.

BTW, on the note of cost effective nutrition, I find that buying rotisserie chickens from wholesalers (I use BJ’s) works pretty well. It’s $5 for a whole chicken, which is about 200-225g of protein. Tough to beat. I just eat one of those guys every day lol.

I was considering this approach. If I couldn’t get access to grass fed beef, I would do this for convenience and the fact its much better bodybuilding wise then non grassfed/wild fatty meats.

I would then throw in tons of coconut oil, mac nut oil, evvo and 100% PB as well as obvious carb choices and the whole diet would be pretty cheap. I’d probably still opt for organic free range eggs though <3

Your deff on the right track man, and you look a bit better then a few of the natural pros out there IMO

Thanks for the compliment man!

5$? mannn i was buying those chickens for a while and theyre around 10 bucks here we dont have a BJs in Canada :frowning:

I re calculated the costs and I was way off, I cut down the meat and eggs buy a bit and got it down to about 4500 for a whole year and thats still with grass fead meats in there, just less per serving.

Tried the grass fed venison for the first time and damn it was good, I made up my own stir fry heres a recipe

cut up red peppers
1/2 cup cooked rice
5oz Venison - it was ground up so beef would work
Garlic salt, generous amount
chilli pepper (seasonning)- generous amount
1/2 tbsp virgin coco oil - heat the pan on medium then add this in before the meat
1/2 tbsp virgin olive oil - add this near the end after youve added the rice to the cooked meat

took about 5 mins after the rice was done and was delish lol

Training arms tomorrow!

yeah the free range eggs taste a lot better IMO

but your right the main expensive thing is the meats, I would eat non free range chickens but I wouldnt go near pork after seeing kenny hotz trimuph of the will episode 2 lol itd actually make me feel bad

Im not a huge meat eater to begin with, I could very easily be a vegetarian for most of the days of the week and live off whey powder if I had too:P

Where you getting grass fed venison from?

Lol, technically I have grass fed venison that we shot but I don’t think its the same kind of grass fed.

Theres this farm/butcher place i got it from they have grass fed venison chicken and beef

The venison I buy (when I run out of grassfed beef) is actual wild highland (ie. Scotland/Scottish) stuff, couldn’t be any higher quality “grass/natural fed” (it doesn’t have to say it if its properly wild). I’ve actually found a bullet inside one of my steaks before. Already decided it will be my go to choice if I ever decide to diet down in a serious way. Awesome tasting red meat at only like 112~ calories p/100grams (chicken is like 100~).

Get my venison from my property. Shoot it myself (or my mom because she is an insane shot). 2 in the freezer from this year
