The venison I buy (when I run out of grassfed beef) is actual wild highland (ie. Scotland/Scottish) stuff, couldn’t be any higher quality “grass/natural fed” (it doesn’t have to say it if its properly wild). I’ve actually found a bullet inside one of my steaks before. Already decided it will be my go to choice if I ever decide to diet down in a serious way. Awesome tasting red meat at only like 112~ calories p/100grams (chicken is like 100~).[/quote]
Thats funny i was thinking the same, when i do diet down to compete eventually i will deffo be eating that all the time lol!

My other elbow is frigged after today, gonna have to take the rest of the week off… ![]()
I did shoulders and i think the strain from squats sat, tris yesterday and shoulders today got to it, plus the volume from last week
So taking the rest of the week off more or less, might be hitting some deadlifts and legs on saturday but thats about it, going to add in some short duration HIIT training after workouts and abs and HIIT on off days, 5-6 mins warm up at a fastish pace then go right in the the intervals with heavy resistance:)
I havent been eating nearly as much past little while and my bf is at a point im actually comfortable with how i look, so im gonna go hard to burn even more fat off for 3 weeks, if i go hard i should be able to lose a % a week with my metabolism lol
Nice PR in the close grip. Make good use of your rest week! I probably should take one to focus on doing University work, but nahhhh

well rape pullovers, i actually stand in full rape stance, it looks like i am vulnerable for an attack but its a trap
do you mean rope pullovers?
i just bend over, keep the back arched and tight then pullove, i let it stretch at the top too so im bent pretty far over
ok so take the same position as I would for triceps rope overheads but pullover instead of extending the elbows?

no face the pulley, when i do triceps overhead i face away from it, then bend over enough with knees bent, back arched so you can feel the stretch and then boom
Lol I’ve been doing those and calling them pressdowns…
Not really a pullover lol

Ive been looking into peaking routines, and I realised if i did that I would be better off and I would get stronger, while also giving my joints a break on the easier weeks, I like Ed coans method the best out of the ones Ive looked at so far, hes one of my heroes anyways, one possible one I made, dont know if Ill use though is this, if anyones interested it would be a good powerbuilding routine
here is the calculator for the heavy bench, incline narrow and light bench day:
joeskopec.com/edcoanbench.html
after the 12 weeks, you would start the bench portion over again with a higher total obvi
For the deadlift, You would also do it the way he did his squat program but instead of squats and olympic pause squats you can do deads and deficit deads or deads and rack pulls
Heres the programm if anyone cares
Day 1 chest and arms
Bench press
Narrow Bench
Incline Bench
Incline Curls 2x6-8
EZ bar Preacher curls 2x6-8
DB preacher hammers 2x6-8
Rope pushdowns 2x10
Skullcrushers 2x10
Overhead extensions 2x10
Day 2 - off
Day 3 - off
Day 4 - shoulders and back
Db shoulder press 2x10
Lateral raises 2x10
Face pulls 2x10
BB rows 2x5
Pullups - 50
DB rows 2x20
Lat pulldowns 2x6-8
Day 5 -
Light Bench
Rope pressdowns 2x10
Overhead extensions 2x10
Day 6-
Deadlifts
Rack pulls
Leg extensions 5x10
