I also used anger in my training today for the first time in over a year because im going through some bs right now. Looking huge, bro. I used to play quite a bit of video games myself when I was younger. Wish I had started lifting sooner instead of wasting so much time on video games, though. Maybe I wouldn’t be so damn small.

I dont have a set gym partner but I have a lot of friends that will go with me that all know how I like spots
If none of my friends (I know most of the big lifters in the gym) are there then I will ask the biggest guy I can find however if there is still noone big…
I tell them no lift off, stand away from the bench and only help me lift it if i yell spot thats it other then that dont touch it and it works out well, the only time i had a spotter that didnt listen and helped me was the first time i tried 300lbs, I had it and he helped after i clearly told him not and i yelled at him after lol

How long have you been training? I felt the same in 2009 I can throw up a pic of what I looked like almost 3 years ago, after i lost weight but was small. I was Way smaller then you look to be man so I wouldnt worry about it just put in the work and youl be good. Train like an animal and eat a lot

Damn man, you’ve definitely come a veryyyyyy long way. I’ve been lifting for a bit over 4 months, pretty much just lifting heavy and eating a lot. You’ve made truly inspirational progress, keep it up.
