lol, your not telling me you did 100 pound jumps on the deadlift? I strongly feel like if you’d have hit 550 first you would have got 600. But nice work all the same, 600 will be in the bag very soon indeed if you got it to just below the knee. rack pulls are easy/fun to train compared to having to improve off the floor IMO
maybe but i would of got 590 today easily, its just the 15lb jump from 585 which was my last pr, o well though next time ill do 525 probly before see if that works your probably right

if u look close u can see the quad LOL, i was 240 this morning
Dude, can you even fit through doorways? Were you always naturally an athletic kid, or did you you start off super scrawny and weak LOL

Blackaggar y u no small?!

I was always really really fast at running and when I got older I was really hard to tackle in sports so i did pretty well in rugby in grade 12. I got fat from playing video games but i never lost my athleticism theres a vid from where I was fat Ill try to find it its hilarious

ok found it lol

Lol thanks Spartee and jake but I got a long way to go, in that vid i was grade 11 and never touched a weight, just played guildwars every day all night after school while my mom brought me food

The golden days lol, you look like a pretty big guy even then. Obviously much bigger now but still, decently sized.

Legs coming out nicely Black, Do you have access to bands? As long as you dont stretch them to the top so that its not completely reverse band dl it will jsut take weight off the bottom load so you can practice the full motion/stance but get your work in on the lock out.

lock out is my problem too -.- I wish hitching was legal

and lol at the 100lb jump. I agree with jake that you should hit 550 first to prep your CNS for the heavy pulls coming.

Didnt you make the same fail with squat a month ago!?

Anyways keep up the good work bro`

Lmfao I saw pictures of myself awhile back and my arms were disgustingly small at 170, they’re bigger now at my wrestling weight of 145.

And you mind if I throw you a PM about fst-7? I’m debating either powerlifting or bodybuilding but might make my main goal hypertrophy for awhile after the season ends just to put on some bodyweight and I think fst-7 could help bring up some lagging parts. Just wondering if I planned it out right.

Sweet, I sent it to you.

Legs obviously look really really good, but the rest of the body, despite not being in what most novice BBers would call ripped (but still lean enough that abs are showing) does look equally solid. Not sure off the top of my head what your height is, but 240 lbs, at the degree of leanness you’re sporting (which is leaner than a lot of guys start their preps at IMO) is damn impressive.

And yes, 600 is within your grasp, just a matter of time,… do work.

Tell me about it. I was a pretty hotshot american player during high school. Haven’t played in about 2 1/2 years now. I replaced Guild Wars with lifting. Solid decision imo.
