its fun but has taken a while to work up to doing that much, there are a lot of guys that can do a lot more

i like the idea of being able to do high volume and push decent weight on absolutely everyt rexercise

one box pasta
half can cream of mushroom
150g carb, 40g protein, 8g fat

going to have
1 scoop mad mass with 1 scoop whey before i train
35g protein, 50g carb

training shoulders today!

Backs looking wide and pretty thick too. Your love handles don’t look bad at all. I definitely store my fat there “last” otherwise I’d be looking pretty frickin’ lean at the moment (got quad seperation etc.) I’ve found when doing a lat spread sometimes I actually make my love handles look worse then they are by bunching the little bit of fat together lol… all about hand placement/where you apply pressure!
