youl get there, weight is awesome but its hard to put on
today i didnt eat that much and im sitting here totalllly full, or bloated i cant tell, i think full because i wanted to die watching man vs food, o well
k so lost some weight think it was just water, kind of pissed lol. I drank 2 of those 2000 cal shakes, box of pasta, 13 beers at night and a bigmac combo at like 2 am haha it was a good night. I love beer, no matter how much u have you never get hung over
mix the whey and mass into the oats, with some cinnamon and splenda. It tastes like dessert. Put the 3 cups oats in a bowl, microwave for 4-5 mins, mix in the whey, then re-microwave for another 1-2 mins, profit

damn i just saw this now haha, i will try this next time i have 3 cup oats. I just had the whey in a seperate shake and used like a few handfuls of brown sugar for the taste. obviously no sugar would be better but it was damn good, 3 cups is a lot though
Not sure how much 3 cups is but i have done 8oz of oatmeal and a couple scoops of whey. I personally dont like whey microwaved it gives mine weird texture. But the whey and cinnamon make it like a treat. Add PB to make it taste like a PB cup if you are using chocolate whey

Pretty sure 3 cups is 24 oz lol
and yeah i might try it with a weight gainer because my whey right now is vanilla and wouldnt be that great in the oats, my gainer is chocolate pb flavour though haha.
