244 today, all this eating is paying off, another off day today then I hit light bench and squats/legs tomorrow, looking forward to it except the 8 rep squats lol I havent done squats over 1 rep heavy in a longgg time, however its my first week of squat peaking so it wont be heavy lol

I honestly think I must just respond really well to training, My legs felt done after those squats and I could of got 20 reps with 325 if I really pushed it, im not complaining though

One time I tried to finish my squat workout with 315 x 20… it was one of the worst ideas I’ve ever had lol. only got 17 reps and I dont think I’ve ever been that physically drained before. It was savage hahaha. couldnt imagine getting 20 with 325… beastly

ahaha yeah, full rounded back, pull with the back so as to slip all your discs in your back, then squat on one leg leaning forward so youl lose balance and break your face on the ground

high rep squats is the most tireing thing to do in the gym i hate them thats why i usualy stick to 1-3 reps hahaha

@bigmac - Thanks but its honestly mostly genetic in my case, just have naturally big legs and calves, if i was a mythical creature id be a centaur hahahaha. Also i dont have to be lean at all other parts of my body and my legs will stay like that. When i was 18% bodyfat last year i still had leg veins, I also get glute stirations at around 12% bf lol just genetic
