how about a lady in sunglasses and heels telling you to move when your acually doing an excersise. Im doing pull-ups and she goes move its my turn im like wtf lol

well iono lol because Im 17 and she looked to be about 40 or older. SHe was such a cunt im like breathing hard and sweating and shes like well can you move. I should of said even if you were attractive Im not going to lol

Haha, thats Chad aichs, one of the strongest powerlifters out there.
405x6 dl after a little over a year training! It took me about seven years until I could hit those numbers. Good job man.
