I think that’s where I’m going to call it on DL. It wasn’t impossible, but I don’t see myself being able to go up much more while dieting. I’ve already learned the hard way that pushing for more while dieting doesn’t end well. I think I’m going to repeat this cycle’s numbers and then we’ll see after that.

I will ATTEMPT to keep adding to my maxes for calc purposes… but when its done its done. I’ll know when I’m gonna go no farther (um, while dieting duh)

Sounds about right. But it’s still kinda hard to accept that’s the way it is. Why can’t our numbers just keep going up forebbur, diet or no diet?

That’s good you got your workout in. And its nice when you find a gym nearby that suits your needs. Sometimes you never know what youre going to get.
Cut hasn’t officially started yet. I’m more prepping for the cut right now. Trying to get back on my schedule and get into a routine where the food ready to go and much cleaner. Its kind of tough because I got to eat just about as much as I wanted of what I wanted (though it wasn’t particularly “dirty”) for the last 3 months. I should only be losing like a pound or two this month. March is when the real fun begins and its going to go on For.Ev.Er.

I did 30 minutes of cardio late last night too. Had to add that in there.
Specifically: treadmill 3.5 mph @ 4% incline
I thought that this was pretty easy until last night when I tried to have a convo with my diet buddy on the treadmill next to me and I had trouble keeping the breathing/speaking even. Cardio is more her thing than mine so of course she didn’t have any trouble. Bitch. She also squatted 195x3 and said she wants them deeper and more reps next time. <3
The world isn’t going to know what to do with all of the superheros we be buildin’ up in this beee-otch.
Catching up! When I get to the point that I’m not progressing on my main lifts I am probably just going to switch programming so its not as obvious to me. Mind games! We’ll see. My bench hasn’t progressed in cycles even on a huge dreamer bulk surplus.
Also I REALLY try to focus on my peri workout nutrition. Get those carbs in there before during and after I DO think it helps quite a bit.
