I’ve considered that as well. I’m hoping that as the diet progresses, SH is going to write up something different. I don’t know how much I’m going to be able to handle watching my numbers go down down down. Bulk, cut, diet, no diet, my bench seems to be all over the place regardless.

Word about the carbs. I’m IFing and train during my feeding window so there’s never really a problem with that.

I trained this morning. Squwaatz. I considered attempting to do it fasted, but didn’t have the balls. SH trains fasted occasionally and will take some combo of Anaconda/MAG-10 or whatever and swears that its awesome. I thought about stealing some of his stuff and seeing if its as great as he says, but he seems to have hidden it from me. Ate a Clif Bar instead. Probably not ideal for performance, but it tasted damn good.

I could not get my legs loose and happy enough today. I ended up cutting the super set a set or two short because my left patellar tendon was PISSED. I haven’t been spending enough time on my foam roller at all. I know better than to only roll for like 2 minutes on leg days but that doesn’t change the fact that I still do it. Dummy.

Should have done cardio but 1. not enough time and 2. angry knees.

I’ve been on the full ANACONDA protocol for about a month I think it helps and does build up a nice pump. That said prolly too expensive. The MAG-10 is great though because no carbs so really good for alot of purposes.

I would like to see a video of you doing those KB hip thrusters just sayin

Do you do any type of dynamic activation work? I have a pretty solid lil routine that I’ve been using since day one and I do think it helps get things loose and firing. Except the glutes I swear my ass just won’t fire! wait…

You know I can’t keep track of what all of your stuff is. I never know if the little container of X is actually X or if threw your last three scoops of Y in there so that you could get rid of the bigger container. You’re doing just fine hiding the powders and mixes in plain sight…but don’t think I don’t know where to find the GPC.

I’m going to have to experiment with the pre-workout stuff. I’m still trying to get it figured it out. I like a combination of stimulants and all the other usual stuff, but a lot of those mixes just have too much.

lol! 2 hot friends were doing them side by side, synchronized the other day. THAT needed to be videoed.

For lower warm-up I usually do a combination of a little foam rolling, “pigeon pose”, a little quad and hammie stretching and bird-dog. I’ll spend extra time on whatever needs it but lately haven’t been spending much time on anything.

Diet update: Things are going well. Weighed 138.5 the other day. Also snapped an unofficial progress pic. I’m pretty sure all 6 pounds of that bloat came from my stomach. Things look more defined IRL but my phone sucks so whatever. There will probably be more to come as the diet gets tighter and the show gets closer. This summer will likely be the summer of the attention whore.

I swearz I’m hardly in the “lean” category right now. The pic is deceiving. The flabs are a little more defined than the pic suggests, but I still have very little definition elsewhere unless I’m pumped.

The weight loss seems to start right around my sternum and then travel out from there. Top two abs get more obvious and bewbs get even smallerer…I finally found bras that I can fill and look ok and already noticed that I’m not filling them up quite as well. I don’t know what I’m going to do further down the road. Shop in the little girls section for training bras? Sports bras under everything?

Bras: Victorias secret pink brand is marketed to start with teens. Their push up (padded)bras come in all cup sizes including the weeetle tiny adorable ones. I want you to try thermal. I’m. Srs push up bra girl… Doan care no real boobies to speak of anymore and I used to have buge hoobs. I’m getting new ones at some point too but until then…,push em up and pad em… Boob guys are outta luck, and strangely I’ve never gotten any complaints :wink:

You might be on to something here…Don’t buy new bras and put the money I would spend on bras into the boobie fund.

I’m pretty much to the point where I only wear bras (and jeans) in public. As soon as I get home they both come off and soft stretchy things go on. Though I’ve found ones that I can wear, they never seem to fit comfortably.

I occasionally steal samples of whatever people (stronghold) have lying around, but haven’t found anything that I “40-50 dollars like”. lol. My biggest issue with the usual stuff is that they put so much caffeine in it that I can’t handle it. I like to take stimulants pre-workout, but I like them to be independent of all the other stuff.

Girl, been there done that. Several times. Serially. I’ve tried nearly every bra Victoria’s Secret carries in my size. And many that weren’t my size. Twice.

The Pink line has more options in my size, but they still don’t fit very well. I actually like the plain old cotton pushup best and the body pushup is a close second. They seem to have the softest, stretchiest fabrics which helps with how the band fits so it feels less like a torture device. The problem is I won’t be able to go down any further if I need to. (But it does look like Aerie carries 32-34AA so mebbe I try there)

I think the fit issues are partially a result of the size of my boobs and partially because of my overall shape/frame. I feel like the bras they make in my size were designed for much smaller people. Like, I might find a few bras where the band fits and my boobs fill the cups, but the cups are set too close together. I end up with my two little boobies smushed together then like 4 inches of rib/pec/lat hanging out on either side. Not Hot.

What you need is a bigger band. VS totally missized me because the measure around the boobs and then around under the boobs and do some math to come up with the cup size. Well the cupsize they came up with was TOTALLY wrong becaues the measurement below my boobs has LATS in it. cup size determination doesn’t account for girls that lift. ANyways, I needed a cup size smaller than what they said.

Hallowed - You’re right about the band size. The thing is when I go up a band size I need to go down a cup size. No biggie for normal people, BUT that means I need a 36AA. Do you know how hard it is to find a 36AA?! I can get away with certain 34As if the fabric has a decent amount of give. But all of the 36As I have lying around are just too big overall.

MiM - Of course I do. I don’t particularly like the skinny jeans/tights-as-pants trend, but I do love spandex and spandex loves my booty…Wore the jeggings yesterday actually and got some nasty looks at a table of ladies at Starbucks as I was leaving…haters gonna hate. I had them on in an old avi.

I had an awful workout. The numbers were about where they should have been, but I never really got going. Actually got to the gym and left to get something caffeinated before I started training, but it didn’t feel like it ever kicked in.

I also tried a scoop of Anaconda. I don’t think it did anything for me. But I don’t think that there was really anything that would have done much for me today other than eating about 3x more food pre-workout. Yesterday I made my low day a super low day and I think that’s what left me feeling all weak and bleh. I’m going to experiment with Stronghold’s stuff for a few more workouts and then reevaluate.
