Ok, this may be a stupid question. I want to clarify if Biotest German creatine has carbs in the formula. I’ve checked the product details and there are no carbs listed. Am I to assume that this means that it is straight creatine with zero carbs or have they simply not told us that carbs are present?
As most creatine products these days have around 30 grams of carbs per serving this would require a larger carb budget in my diet.
Thanks for the help.

I think you may be thinking of creatine products that are advertised as having a delivery system which is usually carbs or sugar which you pay out the ass for.
Biotest Creatine Monohydrate doesn’t have carbs, but if you want to combine it with the best delivery system and post workout recovery drink combine it with Surge.
Surge has the right ratio of high glycemic carbs and aminos for the insulin spike to shuttle the Creatine and aminos into your muscle cells.
