Bill Starr's HML: Which Way is Right?

If you like training 3 days a week, and have stalled with the 5x5, you can always try the Wendler’s 5/3/1 program.

I also stalled with the Madcow’s intermediate version months ago, and now, with the 5/3/1 I’m making great progress again.
