Bill Roberts' Take on IGF-1 & MGF?

At this point one thing we know is we don’t really know anything. But i lean toward this approach as well. IGF immediately post workout bilaterally 40 -50 mcgs max on workout days only 4 or 5 days for me. The other great point that is so often missed and drives me freakin nuts is GH, IGF, and the like are long term investment drugs. You are attemptimg to cause recruitment and growth of new muscle tissue. Do not look to gain a bunch of size during use like popping a bunch of drol. The point is to create new muscle tissue that can then be stimulated to grow and mature thru continued resistance training and use of AAS. I believe the mega dosing protocols lead to great gains long term as well the problem is they lead to great gains everywhere including enlarging the organs and that lovely protruded gut look.

I read a fair amount before I dove in but the protocol by grunt76 that appears on several boards seemed the most reasonable for someone like me looking for a little boost as opposed to the protocols geared towards guys seeking to be bigger than Ronnie Coleman, regardless of the sides.

Since the LR3 IGF is stable in solution for a long period my plan is to just run a few weeks every few months until it runs out. If this ends up being a significantly more productive year than last, then I’ll assume it works.[/quote]

I agree that is the same protocol i will use if i decide to try this at some point. My theory is much the same as yours.

If you are using the lypholized LR3-IGF1, it is only stable in solution if stored in the fridge.

If you use NaCl, or bac water to cut the acetic acid/IGF solution - it is not stable at all and must be used quickly.

Old thread, but I want to add to it anyway. From what I’ve read, MGF and IGF-1 conflict, and should not be taken together.

As for HGH, high doses cause bloat and muscle pain for me. IGF-1 LR3 does not. IGF-1 actually increases strength for me without bloat. However, HGH, not IGF-1, is responsible for T4 to T3 conversion, and IGF shuts down natural HGH production. That said, I run 2iu hgh daily with 50-100mcg T4, and 100mcg IGF-LR3 daily. Works very well. I’m now trying MGF and have stopped the other two. I am running it 500mcg split bilaterally on training days, which comes out to about every other day. I will do this for four weeks, and then switch to IGF/HGH. Since MGF creates new muscle cells, I’m not sure what to expect now. I am running it on a blast. Since steroids increase GH and IGF, there could be conflicts, which makes me wonder if MGF should be run on a cruise. Time will tell.
