Hey Bill, I posted this in training and nutrition but I don’t think you spend much time over there. I am just trying to remember your diet min for carbs while on androgens. I know you said 8 cals per lb of LBM daily, 1g per lb/lbm daily and I *THINK 4g per lb/lbm weekly with carbs. I know you posted this info like a year ago but it is no longer on the search.
