Bill ROberts Carb reccomendations?

I want to say that Bill says 4g per lb of lb weekly is the minimal amount of carbs to take in while dieting with androgens. Bill can you please remind me?
(I think you told me 1g protein per lb of lbm daily and 4g for the carbs weekly…)
I know it’s on a very old post but the search does not date back that far…

I remember that it was 4g that he said because at 180lbs I needed about 100g a day-it was a while go though-he will reply soon enough.

Yes, I think that’s about right. And that
is certainly low carb.

For example, suppose someone is 160 lb LBM.
So this would be an average of 640 grams per
week of carbs. Let’s say that 5 days are
ketogenic and are 30 grams per day, so that’s
150 grams. This leaves about 250 grams per
day on carb days, which is reasonable but certainly not excessive.
