I need a little help. I’ve decided to shed some weight from my morbidly obese body. Would it be a good idea to do the Fat Fast Diet and Meltdown Training together? Also, could I stay on the Fat Fast as long as I wanted to? Also I would like to know exactly what supps. you would use to spare the muscle and torch the fat. If I seem lazy by just asking instead of ivestigating, believe me when I say Im not being lazy I just have never really went on a hardcore diet. The only thing I do is powerlift so I really dont watch my weight, just my lifts. Also the about the flax seed oil, would Total EFA oil be alright to use. It has 100% Certified organic flax seed oil, Particulate, Borage, seed oil, Evening primrose seed oil, Lecithin with rosemary extract, Mixed tocopherola, and Ascorbyl palmitate. Also how do I figure up my calories and protein for the fat fast. If I missed the answer in the article Im sorry. Right now I weigh WELL over 300 pounds.
