I didn’t go to sleep last night, and was very tired from the day before. None of these were close to being PR’s. I got the 295, but went about 5 inches from being parallel, so I didnt count it. Was to tired to do any deadlifts or Back extensions, so I called it a day.

Was first day in a while I didnt train at my house. Tryed out the cambered bar and really liked it, I havent felt my muscles this tired in months! Im gonna stick to using that for a while, and hopefully I will break through my plateau. Ive also have been trying to improve my arch so I can get atleast 5 more pounds out of my bench.
