Leg extensions 4 x 16 SS 98

Standing calf raises 4 x 20 100

2 min amrap 1 min rest

Med ball sit up to time 12kg

I’ve been following this for roughly 8 weeks now
It’s about a 6 rpe so will be raising weight in the next 2 weeks for all
