Ok guys and gals,
Training so far this week.
Mon: Chest, Back, cardio
Tues: Shoulders, tris, cardio
Wed: Leggs (I feel it should always be spelled with two g’s.)
I am not much for posting numbers any more. I feel I have nothing to prove.
Today:
Biceps, Forearms, Calves, Abs, Cardio
Like the great Oak always said " You must work your lowers. ja "
Lower back was worked with leggs.

Okay…here’s my critique…35lbs for curls??? Come on Bigg J. You gotta get that number up. If not, we’ll have to remove that second “g” from Bigg!!! Push baby push!!
Hey Bigg!!! There’s a StrongMan competition coming up in South Carolina on November 10, 2007. You should hop on your bike and travel East!!! After the competition we can celebrate you taking the prize AND my 38th birthday!!!
BigJames,
I’ve kind of been away from the over 35 forum lately - spending too much time in the naughty parts of the site (shame on me). I just spent the last hour catching up on your thread. It’s gotten me fired up for tonight’s workout! Hope all is well with you and your wife. Looking forward to more updates.
Thanks DB.
I should add a disclaimer at the beginning of my thread. This is hard, for my wife and I have separated and getting divorced. She went back to Washington state. So if I do not post or get my workouts in it is cause I am hurting. You never really know how much you miss a person until they are gone. But it is what she wants and I will admit at one time it is what I wanted, also.
I am very happy to have my gym and school starts Oct 1. I will heal and go on, I always do.

Sounds you need my favorite quote:
“My face is set, my gait is fast, my goal is Heaven, my road is narrow, my way is rough, my companions are few, my guide is reliable, my mission is clear. I cannot be bought, compromised, detoured, lured away, turned back, diluted, or delayed. I will not flinch in the face of sacrifice, hesitate in the presence of adversity, negotiate… at the table of the enemy, ponder at the pool of popularity, or meander in a maze of mediocrity. I won’t give up, shut up, let up, or slow up.”~ Robert Moorehead
Keep your head up bro, lot’s of folks in your corner.
It’s none of my business, AND, feel free to tell me so…I am divorced as well, BUT, something you said, or the way you said it, leads me to believe that divorce is not the answer for you. The tone of your post, maybe, the hurt inside you feel, maybe you should explore every angle, every possibility of working things out before there can be closure.
The hurt sometimes never disappears, always lingering, dormant until a moment of weakness triggered by a smell, a sight, a reminence, something somebody said or says, a movie, whatever.
I wish you all the best…somtimes us guys who are strong physically, don’t hold up as well emotionally/spiritually. People just take for granted that we are strong in all those domains, but we aren’t. I hope you can work things put so that you can be happy.
