Hi, I’d like to have some ideas how to strengthen my pecs, especially BBB Press.
I think my dilemma is very common among bodybuilders. Emphasize stays in shoulder and triceps. Here are the stats:
incline BBP 4-6 x80kg
CGBB 12x 120kg
EZ-tris ext.12x 50kg
DB BB 12x 52kg
sitting overhead BB 10x70kg
opinions and comments, please.

I also had trouble hitting my chest. I switched to a wider grip which really helped. Give that a try.
Do you want bigger, or do you want stronger? Are you following a body part split, or doing a full body routine?
Wider grip, and try doing bench twice in your workout. Follow your normal set routine, do your other movements, and go back to barbell benching at the end of the workout.
If you want more emphasis on your pecs, do more isolation exercises for your pecs.
Gironda Neck Press and wide dips/v-bar dips
