Ok,I plan to use an extra day during the week to only to upper body exercises.I want my upper body to be bigger and wider than my lower.It seems my lower body is bigger or something and I don’t like it when I dress up because my lower body is bigger.Anyway,I plan to do bench presses,pullups,biceps on these
extra days.Any thoughts? Suggestions of exercises to really make the upper body grow bigger than lower body?

I don’t understand by what you mean your lower body isbigger then your upper. do you have excess fat in the lower body that needs to be shed or are you just really skinny in the upper body? seems like you want to hit your shoulders and lats. do alot of widegrip pullups to blow your lats out. and a lot of wide grip military presses. laters pk
