500 Squat and 3X BW Deadlift under 200. Here goes nothing.

This will be my first full year of lifting. I plan to use 5/3/1 all year (just finished my second cycle) and compete in the fall of 2013. Goals are:
Squat 365
Bench 220 paused
Deadlift 450

I’d LIKE to pull 700+ and strict press 260+. Aside from that, just get more jack3d, smexy, and educated. I’d probably do a strongman comp before my next powerlifting meet though both will certainly take place this year. Totaling 1700 would be nice as well as a 300lb log press. We’ll see.
Alright I’ll put some ambitious goals in here. Wanna bench 405. Wanna pull 600. Don’t give a shit what I squat.
Weigh 180 pounds, Deadlift 450, bench 300 touch and go, squat 400, front squat 350, snatch grip deadlift 400, and rep out 315 for yates rows with somewhat strict form. Those would be end of the year goals.
Edited the above goals for more realistic goals that I could hit this year, added to the list: grow a pair of steel testicles and squat 315X20 for a rest pause set with however long it takes to finish

I have been and will continue to run Sheiko this whole year, modifying as each cycle comes to an end, always reviewing what needs to be changed and maintaned ect… Bodyweight is sitting at 90kg (198lbs) and am competing at 93kg+ (205lbs) so by the end of the year plan to be sitting at 93kg morning weight
