Looks like no one else is going to set you straight, so here goes.
If you are looking for a “quick fix” program, you are in the wrong activity. You will NOT build a massive chest or back in 6 weeks, no matter what program you adopt. Stop looking for such magic pill programs, all that search is going to do is leave you disappointed and cause you to waste precious time.
You are going to need to put in years (possibly even decades) of consistent training and nutritional habits if you want to build appreciable amounts of muscle, don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
Second, if you are truly serious about putting on significant amounts of muscle, seek out and follow the advice of people/coaches who themselves have done so, have helped large amounts of others do so, or best of all have done both. I don’t want to start yet another CW bashing thread, so all I’m going to say is that you’d be better off looking to someone like John Meadows or Christian Thibaudeau on this site if bodybuilding is your goal.
I did a couple of different Waterbury programs years ago and had some pretty damn good results, gained some muscle and got stronger. I also looked disproportionate 'cause I rarely trained my arms. If you’re training to get stronger and have fun, he has some great programs. Of you’re trying to build a massive, balanced physique look elsewhere.
Yup previous posters are correct.
Building muscle fast might create tendons, joints problems or if your are lucky not happen.
From the librairy i read his get huge in a hurry book wich i did not appreciate because in the first pages he puts downs options that are valid in my opinion.
You have to understand he is more of a strenght coach.
I do not want to get real big so now some might say i am doing a somewhat Chad W. modified program. He likes frequent full dody training. I like frequent training but with split upper/lower body.
Title for books might not be choosen by the author, just like article titles might be choosen to sell. I understand he is selfemployed so selling his a survival thing.
My opinion is he knows things and like many he oversells.
Hopefully you find what you search for and listen to experience not selling pitchs.
Well, I guess you have to start somewhere? No single program is going to give you big anything over the course of three weeks. That’s just pure bullshit. Over the course of a few years? Sure. But pull ups and push ups sure aren’t going to put slabs of muscle on you. If they did gymnasts would look like they just walked off stage at the Olympia.
I am open to any suggestions that may help me in my quest for muscle.

Are you? Because so far it seems that you are only interested in suggestions that involve a Chad Waterbury program.
I don’t understand why people don’t just use the mind-boggling amount of free information on this site, both from contributors and members who post in the forums. Instead, they go buy a program wishing for results they see in a 2 a.m. infomercial.
Chad Waterbury is weaker and smaller than I was after 1 year of training, and as it’s been stated before he’s clearly against bodybuilding + is just a bunch of hype.
If you want to get a big chest and back, follow a BODYBUILDING program. Not what some random guy who has never been one, or produced a single big name in the industry has done.

You aren’t even this big now.
Waterbuy is by no means a bodybuilding expert, but he has contributed some good stuff in the past. He was the first author on this site to really push explosive lifting and high frequency training.
