If I wasnt training for the strength sports, or any athletic sport, I wouldnt bench, I know Id deadlift, but as far as a BB bench press, it would be a small acsessor lift. I dont have a big chest, I have really oversized front delts compared to my rear delts, and my ass is big.
I also have to say FTR I will not bodybuild until I reach my elite total in powerlifting.
