This is good internet.
LOL the op is obviously weak. Why squat, bench or deadlift when you can just do hammer curls, flies, and leg extensions?

Here’s what your typical big 3 bragger looks like.
Congradulations on your overdeveloped out of proportion front delts from heavy ego benching, shame about the lack of pec development.
Congradulations on your J-lo ass from heavy back squats that now makes you walk like a duck.
Lookin real good brah.

You spelt congratulations wrong.
Correcting spelling is utterly ridiculous. You understood him well enough to correct him. And as someone eluded to, here in America your “spelt” is spelled wrong. (turn on sarcasm and irony detectors please :)
Sorry, I can’t help it…
al·lude (-ld)

eluder n

Jesus doesnt like your fail.
I mean, I’d hate to look like this guy. He’s got a totally unappealing, unbalanced physique. I mean, sure he benched 500+, squatted 600+ and did millions of reps on 700 in the deadlift. But who cares if you look that bad.
Surprisingly, training for a balanced aesthetic physique involves training some variation of the big 3. Try building a good-looking body without doing any form of benching, squatting or deadlifting. Please. And post progress pics.

We get a bad rep because of a few idiotic comments? You are truly living up to your avatar. Congrats!
? It’s true we do, and its more than just a few.
The OP actually has a point, namely you should train for your specific aims.

Sadly, it’s come to the stage where many people(including myself) treat any 09’ers with caution until they prove themselves not to be trolls or complete toolbags…
A rather sad state of affairs.

You’re right mojo, I’d hate to look anything like this guy(who’s only a middleweight powerlifter at 220 lbs.) with his 1000lb squat, 738lb bench and 810lb deadlift. Clearly all that heavy lifting is doing nothing beneficial for his physique.
EDIT: photo posted below seeing as I somehow forgot to post it the first time
if there were no grocery stores or other such modern conveniences, you’d have a completely different opinion on being pretty vs being strong. OP probably stands 2" in front of the db rack doing hammer curls with pink db’s staring at his biceps not sweating. After rep 20 he can no longer hide the boner he got staring at his “guns”. He then heads to the locker room judging and laughing at people he’d have to gather berries and firewood for if he ever had to fend for himself. Its gotta be rough being an omega man OP.

you mean those massive pythons he put on display for us? the impressive 17" ones? The ones that he must’ve used some sort of optical illusion to make them look like they were 13"? Because there’s not way in hell that he would inflate the actual circumference of his massive 17" arms but put a picture of what they looked like at 13" … must’ve been an old picture.
What a fuck-tard … he ate 6000 calories once and decided that he was too bloated to see his hawt secksee abz so he never did it again
Let’s all admit, we train the big three so we can throw dem fat chicks up in the air when we’re fuckin’ them. Right guys? Right???
I have to admit, while I agree the OPs thread is retarded, there is a massive herd mentality going on here.
OP’s arms looked to be about 17 inches, to me at least. Those of you with no pictures shouldn’t be commenting at all on someone elses.
FTR, I don’t train with the big 3 lifts, either.
FTR, the OP is just as retarded as everyone else in this thread for thinking 17 inch arms were any evidence at all of not using the big 3 lifts.
FTR, I think OP is a liar - he’s not eating 6k calories/day.
I think op is an amazing troll… how has this gone on for 4 pages

Enjoy your front delts and ghetto bootys.
I’ll enjoy building the asthetically pleasing look most guys in here are after.

You look about the same size as the shit I took this morning. I’m not sure if it was asthetically pleasing though. And I didn’t even take a big shit.
As for the “big 3”, I and most other powerlifters probably do other movements somewhere along the lines of 4:1 against the big 3 when you consider accessory and other work.

If I woke up with 17" arms tomorrow I’d head directly to the doctor to make certain I was not suffering from some wasting disease.
