I keep reading all over the internet about how curling with help make the bicept muscle bigger and stronger. I do curls at least 3x a week, and I have still yet to see ANY bicept development whatsoever.
Like, the rest of my arm keeps getting bigger. I tried doing tricep work to see if somehow that would factor in to bicept development, but only my triceps get bigger! What the Fun-Loving is going on?
P.S., My calft muscles are coming along quite nicely, in contrast.
Individual Triceratops are estimated to have reached about 7.9 to 9.0 m (26.0â??29.5 ft) in length, 2.9 to 3.0 m (9.5â??9.8 ft) in height,[7][8] and 6.1â??12.0 tonnes (13,000â??26,000 lb) in weight.[9]
Guys guys! THE best way to make your bicepts bigger is when you to 20 reps of 45 lb snatch on the bosu ball super-setted with dragon-flags on a swiss ball with 20 seconds rest! Don’t go over 45 lb or else your muscles will be all sarcoplasmic and unfunctional!

x 2, was about to say the same thing.
I was thinking the same thing
Yeah… there’s nothing ghey about it. It’s just legitimately GAY.
And BTW, I think I’ve found the cure for my bicepts. I started doing this neat exercise I learned from my personal trainer… it’s called Dumbbell tosses. You basically just toss a 120-lb dumbbell from the top part of a curling position down to the bottom part… and catch it!
It’s super sick-awesome tight fun, and the exercise doesn’t put me in any kind of mechanical disadvantage at all! I truly believe this is the only bicept exercise I’ve ever done that feels like it effectively hits the muscle.
