Bicep Thickness

Greetings T-Men!I have a question about bicep development. My biceps have great form and size (length). But I need to ad more thickness to them because from the side they look great, but from the front they look puny. Any good exercises to make my biceps thicker to give them the look of hughness from all around?

I too have this problem. Maybe the solution is to do more hammer type movements, I forget what the name of the muscle is, like brachailis or something. I would also think that thickening the tris would help, too. Correct me if I’m wrong, but muscle shape is genetic?

Work the brachialis with hammer curls and reverse curls.

Also do neutral grip chins and pull-downs.

Yeah, hammer curls will work great. Also, one thing that has always worked for me is Zottman curls -they never fail to thicken it up.

I’ve got the same problem. I think its more genetics than training. My quads are the same way. Like 2x as deep as they are wide.
