I’m planning on giving the Beyond template a shot for one or a couple lifts (training maximally from the book, not the 4 phase program on this site) and I didn’t see it mentioned elsewhere, I was just wondering if you would also suggest doing lats/abs/etc in between the main lift for this template as well? I figure that way I can still focus a lot on the main lift, fit in a little bit of light balance work, and still not spend too much time in the gym.

This is in the beyond section of the book…and yes, I recommend the SS. Not the Nazi “SS” just to be clear.
