What types of sponsorships are you going to look into? A corporate sponsor from outside the “direct” fitness industry or more along the lines of a company/gym/etc. with direct ties?

Not sure yet. It’ll probably come down to whoever will give me a chance initially.
Intended a double but it felt terrible. Everything was terrible. Technique was shot and tightness was nonexistent.
Tightness used to be one of my strong points. Now not so much. Need to get it back. At least now I know I have decent base retard strength.
Anderson Squat
starting ~1.5-2" below nipple line
405x2 lost balance
495x1
585x1
675x1
765x1 held for like 10s “I WANNA HOLD IT!!!”
NOTES:
Got tired of shit feeling heavy on my back so went back to some Andersons. I also forgot my bands, and I didn’t care to leg press without them.
Reps were awkward. Going to try clustering singles instead in order to reset positioning.
Again tightness was MIA, last two sets the bar was either too high or too low. Feeling it in my upper back now.
YOU BETTER KEEP DOING THESE BELTLESS ADAM!!!
Underhand Chins
just a feel good set
Standing Pulley Low Row
worked up to the whole stack again
20,20,15,15
SUMMATION:
It sucked, but at the same time, it didn’t. I learned a few important things. I need to still do more upper back work like I used to. Technique needs serious work on pretty much everything. Instruction may be in order. Regardless of how shitty or tired I feel, I can still move a decent amount of weight if I push it. FUCK MONSTER!!! I drank one a while before lifting because I was running on zero sleep, so I wanted a energy boost. That motherfucker made me nauseous. At first, I thought my conditioning had got really fucked up or whatever. I was in the bathroom for like 10 minutes basically waiting to puke. Then I start fucking burping for like 10-15 minutes straight. The “oh shit it’s coming” burp right before you puke. I didn’t puke though, and after more burps than I care to count or remember, I felt better. Fuck Monster! Never again.
Nice work Spar. You think tightness issues could be a result of rushing through your setup maybe? If you used be able to stay tight, y u no stay tight? Gotta be something causing it, right?

lol@ Captain kirk impression
Thanks Ink. I don’t think I’m rushing it. It could be mental. I don’t feel like I’m attacking the bar like I used to because when I do, beautiful things happen. Definitely fatigue relevant. Sleep is important.
The man is truly a marvel. One of my all-time faves.

Sleep is important, as is being hydrated, at least in my experience.

Am I confused with what Anderson squats are? Are they when you start at the complete bottom do basically squat from pins movement?
I have always read that those are harder yet you did 765, 180+ more than your 1rm, i must try these… The youtube vids of them look cool
They’re supposed to be around half the ROM. My best is 855 because that’s all I can fit on the bar back home.
