I love training with beyond program and right now I have a secret fetish for power cleans.
So is PC a proper movement using beyond percentages also?
Is it best to perform it before squats/deads as usually in regular 5/3/1?
Is it ok to train like “full body power clean” (awesome template) with beyon percentages?
I mean like this:
Power Clean DL
Squat TM
Bench DL
Squat DL
Press TM
Deadlift TM
Power Clean TM
Squat DL
Bench TM
DL: Deload beyond style
TM: Beyond base program, jokers, down sets.
