Made it to the gym. Feeling tired and heart wasn’t really in it. It was here at home pretending that I was cleaning, and doing the miliion things that I feel still need to be done.

All hell is probably gonna break loose. The director lady is leaving in two weeks for Japan. She was supposed to leave a couple months ago, but her hubby’s orders got pushed back but now there leaving for sure.
She told me not to even worry about the mom/daughter duo, but that I should call them one more time to ‘close the deal.’ I don’t even have to pay the money back!!! eeeeee
If they come back for training it aint gonna be with me and someone else gotta do it for free…HAHAHA! I wipe my hands of them…spits on hands

i saw something weird the other day, though. wasn’t sure if it was retarded or not retarded. pylo benching. he was literally throwing it up on each rep and catching it to begin the next rep. full range of motion. controlled lower. maybe it is retarded if he misses the catch and it lands on his face but not retarded otherwise? not sure.
