Better at 30 than at 20

also, shave the chest hair. It lets you know what you are really working with, ditch the security blanket.

Mate - your left shoulder sits a little bit higher than your right in both your front and back photos.

If it hurts, I would try to even things out before you started lifting heavy. The shoulder saver/rehab articles are a good place to start if you need them.

Good luck.

I think you have it backwards. People that can’t grow chest hair shave they’re chests and pretend that its the thing to do in order to make themselves look less pathetic.

Fucking hilarious!

Congratulations on wanting to change you physique. There’s nothing wrong with posting on here. Keep posting progress pics so we an see your progress and make suggestions. I would say you’d need some bulk and I’m sure you’ll be fine if you stick to a plan. I like to keep a workout journal and it’s seemed to help me.

Excellent Job…you look 20x more healthy already. Now just shift years and establish a new goal (muscle size, sport performance) and go for it.

Lift. Eat. Rest. …repeat…a lot
