But hey at least it doesn’t have your face in it, although I wish it had I like your hair. 2006 emo me would have loved to pull off that swoop.

Just FYI:

.444 Marlin was orginally developed as a ā€œguide gunā€, offering a heavy caliber bullet in a short carbine package. Really good for horseback, backpacking, etc…The caliber is easily re-loaded for different weights, from heavy(bear, moose, Kudu) to light loads for thin skinned game, like whitetails. when I was working for a while in South Africa, it was carried by several PH’s as a backup weapon. Good Luck on your hunt.

After being awake since 0330 that’s all I could manage. Went home and spent half the day in bed before going to work for nightshift.

100 pushups
50 pullups 7x7 plus 5 for good measure.

9-2
100 pushups
50 pullups 6x8 plus 5 for good measure

165x10
2x175x10
2x185x5
155x10

Good enough. Down to 158lb from 165 at the start of this log. Maybe its the breakup diet or maybe it’s that I stopped eating so many peanuts/pb (my comfort food). Just eating clean. No red meat, dairy, or bread products. Just veggies, fruits, fish, eggs, and whey.

I’d post a pic but I don’t want to get flamed. haha

Post a pic. Ill look after you.

No red meat?

What is your favourite fish? How do you cook your fish?

What is your typical days food look like? Do you have a cheat day/meal?

p.s; peanut butter is my favourite comfort food as well. i have resorted to banning myself from buying it as I tend to eat it all in one sitting.

I don’t see how any flaming will occur if you post a pic, Bethie.

Drooling, yes.

Flaming, no.

Solid workouts pushing through the low to no sleep. They suck but i think it feels good to push through shit like that.

Nice progress. Pics are certianly needed.

am i the only one who can see the but picture??

PLEASE POST PIC

!!!

You’re like one of my bestest internet friends

I don’t eat red meat because my body doesn’t handle it well, I feel like shit after. Especially Pork. I do like beef, especially if it’s babied on the grill to end up juicy, flavorful, and falls apart in my mouth. Its a specially occasion thing. I cook my fish in the oven with spices and lemon juice. It’s tricky to not dry it out.

My favorite is salmon, but at work I pop a can of tuna for portability. I eat it with mustard. I pretty much put mustard on everything.

As far as cheats are concerned, over the last 3 or 4 years I’ve struggled with binging. I would go on 3 day benders of eating everything in sight. Eating my emotions. Then I would go to the gym and practice damage control. For awhile I was bulimic.

My training goals aren’t aimed at competing or aesthetics so where refeeds or cheats are concerened I just listen to my body and give it what it’s asking for. I don’t obsess like I used to. I know what makes me feel good and what helps my training, so I aim in that direction. Now that I’m gear-free and a girl again I do get cravings and water weight during the pms period (damnit).

Typical day has me drinking a shake for breakfast: 2 bananas, 2tbsp PB, 1 scoop greens, 1 scoop protein, 1 tbsp ground flax or seeds, cinnamon. I workout in the morning so post workout is another scoop of whey, and 2-3 pieces of fruit and sometimes a serving of veggies. For dinner I’ll have eggs/fish/chicken, a plateful of veggies and a piece of fruit. Not alot of calories there but I’ll bump it up if my training is suffering.

I’m French. I blame it on that. Besides, its a way to add lots of flavor without sugar.

They started allowing the .444 Marlin to be used during primitive weapons season here along with the .45/70 Govt and the .35 Whelen in a single shot. All three are actually really popular now. I bought this last year in 45/70.

wait a sec, that’s not lever action? Is it bolt? I have a Rossi Ranch hand in .357 and it is a pain in the ass. I’ve cleaned it many times but it still jams up when i try to cycle it. The same thing happened to me when I went to fire the 444 and my buddy was like yeah, that happens to me all the time. I’ll stick with bolt.
