Beta Alanine

Yeah, another Beta Alanine thread! You’d think every T-Nation frequenter would know everything there is to know about Beta Alanine by now, haha.

Anyways, what and when should my dosage be?

Depends on goal. start w/ .75g before and .75 g during your workout. if you feel tingling, you’re probably at your limit dosage, though some people never feel it ever (like myself).

I take two in the morning and two in the afternoon. The first month I started on BETA-7 I took two three times per day for that month.
