I just started using this stuff and the tingling is as anoying as hell. Does it cut down as you take more? Or is it really that effective as a supplement that I should just ignore the tingling and keep taking it?
are you taking a bulk powder or Beta-7. i got both, but have only taken bulk powder and the tingling i get is almost enough to make me not want to take it. lol
If you’re using BETA-7 you’re probably taking too much at once.
straight beta alanine, powder form
if you feel the tingling atleast you know it working lol

Ya I’m taking the powder form as well and the tingling subsides after a couple of days. It also depends on the dose of course, I generally take about 4-6g daily spread in doses of about 2g’s or 4’gs pre workout and 2g’s post on workout days. Even when taking 6g’s in one shot I only experienced a very mild tingling in my fingertips for about a minute or two. Honestly even if you get it pretty bad, the results I’ve gotten from beta-a have been great, so I’d recommend toughing it out.

Actually, when taken with carbs, the tingling is reduced, yet absorption is increased. So tingling is not necessarily correlated with it working.

sweet thanks for the advice
I bought a couple bottles of beta-alanine from GNC before and the tingling was intense, but being the freak that I am. . . I kinda liked it! ahaha.
