Most humans cannot accomplish the move. It takes years of heavy physical training, and severe meditation to purify and develop the person to be able to absorb the information of such a rabidly awesome move.
It has only been used four times in the history of the world. The first two times caused the destruction of Atlantis and Dinotopia, respectivly.
The third time was during the filming of Delta Force, where a young Chuck Norris honestly saved civilization as we know it from a muslim terrorist on the set with a dirty bomb. Norris used the move to combat the incredible level of light, heat, and radiation set off from the blast. He used so much of his power in that one instant that he hasn’t been able to do anything successfully since (Hence, Walker Texas Ranger).
This footage depicts the most recent use of the move, is the most recent usage of the move, and was actually not used simply to win a wrestling match.
Instead, the young hero featured in white (Rey Mysterio Jr.'s Apprentice, The White Bike-Rider) used the move to prevent the transformation of the intergalactic villian known as Paucho-Chorizo into his true form (which looks something like Megatron crossed with Galaxus, with a little Hillary Clinton thrown in for good measure). In this selfless act, he managed to save mankind from a threat it couldn’t face by itself.
This man in white is a hero. And for that, I salute him.
