Hey Coach, I just read you EOD article. I am currently following your Best Workout Plan for Natural Lifters. Being a 50+ male I am very interested in the EOD program but I am really enjoying the BWOPNL program. Do you see a way to morph the two into a EOD program? Could following the BWOPNL plan on an EOD schedule and increasing the work sets be a viable solution? Or is that just a very uninformed and simplistic approach?

You would have to use 3 work sets per exercise if using an EOD split

That meaning that the special technique/method would be applied in all three work sets?
