Are there any modifications you’d make to the EOD schedule for the novelty neurotypes? Specifically in trying to use whole body workouts to maximize how many times each muscle is hit weekly. I find that the RM method works best for me (type 1B) but I wonder if it might make more sense to use a lift specific split with EOD because the fatigue from hitting RM’s on multiple movements in a session.
