Best workout for Diabetes Type II.

For type II diabetes the best is losing fat. Which is equally nutrition, energy systems work (ā€œcardioā€) and non-exercise physical activity (being more active overall throughout the day).

As far as lifting is concerned, I’d say hypertrophy training using slightly higher reps (12-15), but that is a distant 4th in relative importance.
