Wow, if you think the lemonade flavor is bad, you have obviously not tried very many sups. The shit is fine, tastes hella better than some whey’s I’ve tried.
I haven’t tried the FP yet.
I’ve tried plenty of supps, i was just surprised at the taste of this. With all the hype i had heard, i expected it to be delicious like most other Biotest products. I’ve had Metabolic Drive and to be honest, i compared it to drinking a pan of brownies. Surge Recovery i’m drinking now and it tastes like drinking melted down lollipops. But with SWF (for some reason i thought would taste something like Surge Recovery) i get the taste of a dirty sock filled with rice (DIY heating pad) mixed with chloraseptic.
But if it does half of what everyone claims it will, i’ll still choke the stuff down.
Also, i still haven’t quite “gained TOO much muscle” yet, so i’m still waiting for that.[/quote]
Personally I only use Surge Recovery post workout as I have for many years now. I love the taste of Original Surge which tastes like cake batter to me. I have had SWF and to me it tastes about the same as other pre-workout creatine drinks. I would use Surge recovery during but I can not afford to buy more than I currently do. SWF is too expensive for me.
So far I am not a big fan of any pre-workout drinks. I usually have a NOS or Monster Nitrous and some gatorade to get me thru my workouts, but figured I would give SWF a try due to the rave reviews and try to cut some calories. I don’t know if anybody had the lemonade or lemon ice flavor of cytovol, but that is what I was expecting/hoping for as far as taste with the SWF. Of course that was just the first time I used it, it might grow on me (or hopefully I will grow on it)
adding Lemon Lime gatorade didn’t change the flavor much, just amde it a lot sweeter and that is not what I was after…I think part of it is the “vitamin” smell that tells me it should taste weird and then the fact that it doesn’t completely dissolve. So maybe it is more texture and smell than taste.
Fruit Punch tastes great to me. I have never tried the lemonade though. I got the fruit punch first and liked it enough to never try lemonade.
Although it isn’t free, the price isn’t that bad. I always buy two at a time and it breaks down to a little over a dollar per scoop. Bottles of plain water sell for that much or more.

Assuming you math is correct, excellent point man.
