Best Way to Stack These Supps

For the last 2 months I haven’t put on any weight and I have been consuming roughly 3000 cals a day. My body weight is 250 and I’m 6’, and my body fat percentage is roughly 15. From my 06-07 wrestling season I went from 215lbs at 17% bf to now being at 250. I noticed that when I was on supplements my weight improved along with my strength gains.

In roughly one year I added 100lbs to my squat, 30lbs to my bench, 50lbs to my hang clean and 60lbs on my snatch. But the thing is that ever since I went off supplements my gains where not what they use to be and my weight has been declining slowly. So I decided to order some supplements.

Alpha Male
BETA-7
Superfood
ZMA

My question is what would be the best way to “stack” these supplements with my meals and training in order to get the best results? Here is what I wrote up for my training days (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri).
9:00
Breakfast
-Superfood
11:00
Alfa Male- 2 Tablets
11:30
Second Meal
-Beta 7- 2 tablets
1:00
Third Meal
3:00
Lift
5:00
Fourth Meal
-BETA-7- 2 Tablets
7:00
Alfa Male-1 Tablet
7:30
Fifth Meal
Bed
ZMA

Non-Training days will not use Superfood, and Alfa Male excluding Wednesday. Also on non-training days I will only have 3 meals with small snacks. If you have any thoughts or corrections please help me out.

I find it’s best to stack the supplements by putting the largest container on the bottom and then work your way up. That always works best for me. Otherwise, they all fall over.

Seriously though, just stick to the label recommendations. I wouldn’t skip Superfood on non-training days though. There’s no reason to skip it.

Beta-7 you are supposed to take 2 pills, 3 times daily. I don’t know why you’re only using 4.

You should eat just as many meals on your off days as well. If you’re trying to gain, it doesn’t make sense to eat less on your off days. Also, 3000 kcals a day at your height and weight is nowhere near enough calories.
