You wanna gain mass do heavy compound lifts 4 times a week and eat till your uncomfertable but dont eat whatever.Alot of guys do dirty gains and I wont talk bad about it because I eat hamburgers but I chase them with protien shakes.Eat steak chicken beef potatoes oats nuts yams eggs corned beef hash,for breakfast.Get the picture.Drink whole milk and dont drink pop or soda.Drink water and milk fucking period.
Remember these three fundamentals and your lifting will allways get better 1. dont fuck around with pussy shit in the gym 2. squat and squat deep 3. lift heavy.good luck.
