I was wondering what was the best way to stack MAG 10 and 1AD while on a TDawg Diet 2.0.
I am 5’11, 200, body fat probably around 15-18% could be higher around 20%.

Correct me if I am wrong, but Mag-10 contains A-1E, which is what 1-AD converts into (I think).
