In the recent article " No days off?", You mentioned that hardgainers should train hard for one day and rest the next day.
Could these cases use six days light training like in best plan for natural lifters, or should they train hard and rest the next day?.

First, “The best plan for natural lifters” is not light training. It is LOW VOLUME, but because it is so low in volume, each set you do has to be taken to its limit, thus it is VERY hard work. In fact, a lot of people will fail on that program, not because there is not enough work but because they are not capable of training hard enough.
Can hardgainers use the “Best plan for natural lifters”? Sure. But I do not see it as ideal for them .
