knee injury I am rehabbing
My goal - 175lb or 13-15% b/f, understanding that it may be one or the other, not both at the same time.
I am(was) a certified Poliquin level 2 like 20 years ago, and I feel like I have forgotten so much about periodization, reps/sets etc that I am going to need assistance. I thought I would put in my log here and ask for guidance in the other training forum as well.
Because of my knee, I am not able to do barbell squats, or lunges right now. So my focus will be on rehabbing that knee and getting it right, and building up my strength and size in my upper body.
